Emergency Lighting & Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfits

Whelen and Federal Signal emergency lights and sirens, installed in house in Broomfield, Colorado.

Lights and sirens are the core of what we do for public safety. We install, wire and program them on vans, SUVs, sedans, trucks and trailers for police departments, sheriff's offices, state agencies and first responders, along with prisoner transport, consoles and in-vehicle tech. When a vehicle retires, we take it all back out.

Black Ford Transit with blue, red and white emergency lights running in the grille and windshield

Emergency Lighting & Sirens

We install Whelen and Federal Signal lighting, sirens and controls, and set them up to run the way your agency works.

Lightbars & Interior Lightbars

Whelen Inner Edge interior lightbars for the Ford Transit, Federal Signal XStream and SpectraLux low profile lights, and rear Traffic Advisor bars to move traffic around a stopped vehicle.

Grille, Perimeter & Warning Lights

Whelen Ion and V-Series and Federal Signal MicroPulse Ultra lights in the grille, on the doors and around the body, in red, blue, amber and white combinations.

Sirens, Speakers & Controllers

Siren amplifiers with PA and handheld controllers, 100 watt siren speakers, and Whelen Core and WeCanX control systems that run every light and siren from one place.

Pre-Programmed or Custom Programming

Use the manufacturer's pre-programmed flash patterns, or we'll custom program the patterns, colors, sequences and controller buttons to match your agency's standard.

Unmarked & Undercover Vehicles

Compact undercover sirens, windshield and dash lights, and smoked lenses that stay hidden until they're on. Pair them with window tint that helps hide interior lights.

Clean Wiring & Testing

Wiring is fused, loomed and labeled, and every flash pattern and siren tone is function tested before the vehicle goes back on duty.

The rest of the build

Every agency runs its vehicles a little differently. We lay out the build with you first, then install, wire and test it.

Prisoner Transport

Multi-compartment slide-in inserts for the Ford Transit, 15-passenger Havis transport builds, and partition conversions for the Ford Escape and Explorer. We duct the rear HVAC into every compartment, add exhaust ventilation, and seal the driver's area off with a solid bulkhead and trim kit.

Consoles, Laptop Mounts & In-Vehicle Tech

Havis consoles built out for your vehicle with the siren controller and PA mic in easy reach, laptop mounts and docks, radios and antennas, Cradlepoint routers, and camera systems with a monitor up front.

Equipment Removal & Decommissioning

Before a vehicle goes to auction or back into a civilian fleet, we pull the lights, siren, controller and computer mounts, terminate the wiring and tuck what's left out of sight.

Who we build for

  • City police departments
  • County sheriff's offices and detention transport
  • State agencies and patrol
  • Fire, EMS and emergency management
  • Fleet managers retiring public safety vehicles

Questions we get a lot

Which lighting brands do you install?

Mostly Whelen and Federal Signal. If your agency has a standard, tell us the part numbers and we'll match it.

Can you program the lights to our agency's patterns?

Yes. We can run the factory pre-programmed patterns or custom program them. Send us your pattern and button layout, or a vehicle that's already set up the way you like.

Can you add lights to a vehicle we already have in service?

Yes. Send us the year, make and model and what it needs to do, and we'll tell you what fits.

Can you work with our dealer?

Yes. We work with dealers regularly and can coordinate with yours so the vehicle comes to us before it goes to you.

Can you move or rework equipment that's already installed?

Yes. We relocate lights, controls, routers and power systems and rewire them when an agency changes how a vehicle gets used.
