Mobile Medical Vans & Units
Outreach clinics, testing units and mobile treatment rooms in vans, trucks and trailers, built in house in Broomfield, Colorado.
Once it's parked, a medical unit has to work as a clean, comfortable room. We build the floor, walls, cabinetry, water, power and climate control around how your staff will actually use the space, and build it for life on the road.
What goes into a medical unit
Every program is different, so we start with how a visit actually runs: who's on board, what equipment comes along, and how long you're parked.
Clinic & Outreach Layouts
AMF Bruns track flooring with swivel seats, so the same space can handle a consult, a screening or transport. Cabinetry and storage for supplies, built to stay shut on the road.
Handwashing & Water
Handwashing stations with heated fresh water, with tanks and plumbing sized to your program.
Heat & Air Conditioning
Espar fuel-fired heaters, rooftop fans, and air conditioning powered by a battery system or generator, so the unit stays comfortable without idling.
Power for Equipment
Lithium battery systems, generators, shore power and outlets where staff need them. See electrical and power systems.
Equipment, Appliances & Comfort
Secure mounts for treatment equipment, a refrigerator, a wall-mounted TV, seating or a sofa sleeper, and a powered awning for working outside the unit.
Patient Access
Wheelchair lifts, ramps, rear access steps, grab handles and cot systems. See our mobility and wheelchair accessible vans.

Questions we get a lot
Can you help us work out the layout?
Yes. Most programs come to us with a rough idea, and we work through it with you before anything gets ordered.
Which vehicle should we buy?
Talk to us before you buy. Roof height, wheelbase and door layout decide what fits inside, and the right vehicle makes the rest of the build easier.
How long can it run without plugging in?
That comes down to the battery bank and what you're running. Tell us your equipment and your hours and we'll size the power system to match.
