Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 4:00PM MT will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some items have longer lead times and are mostly notated on product, however

Estimated delivery time once shipped: 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping & Backorder Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, some items may occasionally go on backorder or require a longer lead time due to unforeseen supply chain delays. If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative, or receive a refund.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 165 Commerce St., Unit B, Broomfield, CO 80020 for in stock items only. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@VolitionComponents.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Insurance
We do not provide shipping insurance for lost or damaged items. It is recommended that you consider purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items to protect against potential loss or damage during transit.
Customer Responsibility for Returns

Once an order has been placed and processed, it may not be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped.
