Return Responsibilities:
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items. If you are exchanging an item, you will also bear the cost of shipping for the new item. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value to ensure safe return delivery.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items. This fee may apply to all returns or only specific items at our discretion.
