HVAC Service Truck from $21,500

HVAC service box truck interior: conduit carrier, E-track rows, refrigerant tank rack, cylinder mounts and folding shelf 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
A Buyers 6" conduit carrier mounted high on Unistrut, with a spring-latch cap, for line sets, copper and pipe up to 6 feet long.
Two rows of E-track along the wall for strapping down equipment and supplies.
A Westcan aluminum rack that holds five refrigerant cylinders upright, each one strapped in.
Three Westcan cylinder mounts for 5" to 10" diameter tanks, on the side of the rack facing the roll-up door.
A Westcan two-shelf folding unit, 55" long. Fold the shelves up to clear floor space for bigger equipment.
Two rows of E-track glued and through-bolted to the front wall, with recessed D-rings in the floor close by.
Two 48" low-profile LED light bars on the roof bows, wired to the box's light switch, with a low-voltage disconnect for the battery.

Also on the HVAC truck: the curbside wall framed with 2x4s and paneled in 3/4" plywood.

Plumbing Service Truck from $24,500

Plumbing service box truck interior looking forward: E-track grid with hooks, backing rail, Westcan shelving, bulkhead and inverter 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Vertical and horizontal E-track down the driver-side wall, about 30" on center, with O-rings and retractable ratchet straps for anything stored on the floor.
E-track J-hooks and a shovel hanger for long tools, plus E-track brackets that cradle PVC pipe.
A 2x4 rail about 24" off the floor backs up the wall, so heavy items can be strapped tight against it.
A Westcan 72" x 72" five-shelf unit, 16" deep, with a retaining lip and bins with dividers for fittings and small parts.
Plywood across the upper bulkhead and two rows of E-track below it, plus a safety kit: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit and reflective kit.
Two 39" LED light bars on the roof bows, wired to the box's light switch, with a low-voltage disconnect for the battery.
Textured black liner over the whole floor and 12" up the walls, so water and grime wipe out.
A 500 watt pure sine wave inverter mounted high on the bulkhead, with two outlets and USB ports for charging tool batteries and phones.

Also on the plumbing truck: a Westcan three-shelf fold-up unit by the roll-up door, shown below.

Both Trucks Include

The parts every service truck needs, no matter the trade.

Tommy Gate railgate with its diamond plate platform lowered at the back of a service box truck

Tommy Gate Railgate

  • Steel one-piece platform, 89" x 42", 2,000 lb capacity

  • ICC bumper for underride crash protection

Power

  • 500 watt pure sine wave inverter with two outlets and USB charging ports
  • 140 amp battery isolator, so the inverter runs off the engine
  • Circuit breaker, wiring and fusing

Lighting

  • Two LED light bars on the roof bows, forward of the roll-up door
  • Low-voltage disconnect for the battery

Floor & Walls

  • Spray-in textured liner on the floor and 12" up the walls
  • 3/4" plywood paneling, glued and fastened with low-profile T-nuts
  • E-track and recessed tie-down points throughout

Built on: Chevrolet Express cutaway with a dry freight box and roll-up rear door. The truck and box are not included in the price, and we can help you spec one or work with your dealer.

Who this setup fits

Plumbing & Drain Companies

Room for pipe, fittings, water heaters and the tools to install them, with a railgate for getting heavy items up into the box.

HVAC & Refrigeration Contractors

Refrigerant cylinders held upright, line sets up high and out of the way, and floor space to strap down equipment.

Fleets & Fleet Management Companies

The same spec built truck after truck. We work with fleet management companies and dealers, so trucks can come to us straight from your fleet program.

About the price

The starting prices cover the upfits as listed above. They don't include the truck, the box, graphics, or tools and stock, and they don't include taxes or changes to the spec. Every build is quoted per truck, so your final price depends on your truck and what you add or remove.
