Position Overview:

Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking for the flexibility of a 1099 contractor role? Volition Components LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to help us drive growth and expand our customer base. As a key player in our sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales.

This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission structure. You’ll also benefit from working with a supportive, high-performing team that’s committed to your success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
  • Present and Close Sales: Present our custom van upfitting solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs, and closing deals.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Team: Work closely with the internal team, including our Sales/Production Coordinator, to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.
  • Sales Updates and Goal Setting: Attend the office 1-2 days per week for sales updates, goal-setting sessions, and collaboration with the internal team to ensure alignment and continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment (experience in van upfitting, construction, or industrial solutions is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and meet performance goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Must be available to attend the office 1-2 days per week for team meetings and sales updates.
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor and managing your own taxes and benefits.
