As our business continues to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us generate more qualified leads and improve our online presence through data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a small, fast-moving team and wants to make a direct impact on real business growth.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Optimize Google Ads (Highest Priority)
  • Improve Lead Generation & Conversion
  • SEO Optimization (Ongoing Growth) Website Updates & Improvements
  • Google Merchant Center & Product Listings
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Must Have

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max)
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (cost per lead, conversions, ROI)
  • Familiarity with website platforms or CMS tools (ability to make basic edits and updates)
  • Familiarity with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization  

Nice to have (Growth opportunities)

  • Comfortable collaborating in a small business environment and contributing ideas for growth
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) for simple marketing assets
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (such as Odoo or similar)
  • Ability to write or improve SEO-focused website content

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help improve and manage our online presence. This role focuses heavily on Google Ads performance, SEO optimization, and website improvements to drive qualified leads and sales.

This is a part-time contractor role ideal for someone who can work independently while collaborating with our team in person 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Improve and maintain Google Merchant Center listings
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO improvements across the website
  • Optimize landing pages and product pages for better conversion rates
  • Assist with website edits and content updates
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI and lead generation

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce or service-based businesses
  • Local to the Denver/Broomfield area
  • Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)

Work Structure

  • Remote work with 1–2 in-person meetings per month
  • Flexible hours, results-driven expectations

Compensation

This is a part-time contractor position with a monthly budget of $500–$1,000, depending on experience, skill level, and scope of work.

We’re open to working with the right candidate to define a clear scope that aligns with this budget while delivering measurable results. As performance and impact grow, there may be opportunities to expand the role and compensation over time.
