Van Refrigeration Units

The refrigeration unit is the part of a reefer build people ask about first, but it should be chosen last. Box size, insulation, target temperature and how many times a day the doors open all decide what the unit has to do. A van making twenty stops a day needs more pull-down than one that loads once and drives.

We install Zanotti units, from 12 volt road-only systems for light trucks and smaller vans up to larger units for frozen loads. Most go in alongside an insulated liner kit and, where the unit is engine driven, a matching compressor bracket.
